Mike Jelfs has created an unofficial google map, showing all planning applications for housing developments in Blaby District, alongside the proposed housing sites that were included in the last review of Blaby District Council’s New Local Plan in 2021.
The next review was scheduled for September 2024 but now is delayed till later in the year, although it is currently unclear if this will be delayed, due to the review of housing numbers being undertaken by the new Labour Government.
Mike has created the map as the current search and list functions on the Blaby District Council Website, do not make it easy to view major housing developments in conjunction with the new Local Plan Proposal.

2021 New Local Plan Review -The New Local Plan has been subject to many delays, the next review (reg 19) is due later this year and adoption now expected in 2026.
