What is the problem?
You might have noticed whilst travelling into Leicester City Centre, or elsewhere in the country, that a lot of investment is being put into Cycle Infrastructure.
Unfortunately in Leicestershire we have a Council with a highways department totally focused on Roads and supporting private car ownership, to the point that no money from the core budget is spent on cycleways
